Happy to share, l will be serving as a Mentor at the Young Professionals Mentorship Program (YPMP), Class of 2023.YPMP is a Uganda non-government platform started in 2020, by young professionals who want to fast-track themselves in acquiring managerial and leadership skills from those who already had them and from one another. With the current tribulent times, many professionals are faced with so many hard decisions to take and therefore need critical support on how to tackle the hard times that are brought by the prevailing situations including the ones of the COVID-19 Pandemic. YPMP is primarily a mentoring organization and this objective is achieved through training and general mentoring sessions with experienced managers and leaders.
